Coverage only takes effect once a policy is issued by the applicable insurance carrier, subject to underwriting approval and a signed application.
Catanzaro Insurance LLC is an independent insurance agency, not an insurance carrier. We are appointed with multiple insurance carriers and shop your information across them to find suitable coverage; we do not underwrite policies ourselves. References to quotes being returned "typically the same business day" or to "same-day coverage" describe common turnaround times under normal business conditions and are not guarantees. Turnaround may be longer depending on carrier response times, the complexity of your business, information provided, and business hours. Same-day coverage is subject to carrier underwriting approval and is not available in all cases or all states.
Calls to our listed phone number may be answered by an automated virtual assistant for the purpose of collecting basic information before a licensed team member follows up. The virtual assistant does not provide insurance, coverage, or pricing advice and will disclose that it is automated if asked.
